By playing Patang you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
Playing the game
Patang is free to play for personal, non-commercial fun. Points, wins and stats have no cash value, and there are no purchases, prizes or wagers.
Playing online
Online rooms are shared with other people, so:
- pick a player name that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else
- don't cheat, disrupt other players' games, or try to overload or break into the server
A room's host can remove players, and we may block anyone who breaks these rules. Online games aren't saved: a room can end if the server restarts or players drop out.
Ownership
Patang's name, card designs, sounds, code and other content belong to its creator. Please don't copy, sell or redistribute them without permission.
No warranty
The game is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs, or that your saved game and stats won't be lost: they live in your browser, which can clear them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from your use of the game.
Changes
We may change the game or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to play means you accept it.
